Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Agile Tech, UAB ("we", "us"), a private limited company registered in Lithuania (company code 304691080, Ukmergės g. 364-49, LT-14188 Vilnius, Lithuania), processes personal data when you visit nexttech.com (the "Site") or e-mail us. We are the controller (the company responsible) for this processing. You can contact us at support@techfibrr.com. You can change your cookie choice at any time with this link: Privacy choices.
1. What data we process and why
Technical logs. Every request to the Site is logged in the content delivery network of our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, and, with less detail, on our web server: your IP address, browser information, the web address requested, the page you came from (including any advertising click identifiers, such as gclid, in these addresses), your country and the time. We use this data to deliver the Site, and the logs to secure it; our web server also keeps the record of your cookie choice. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and securing the Site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Content from other providers. Where a page loads fonts from Google Fonts, a software library from a public server (code.jquery.com, cdnjs.cloudflare.com, cdn.tailwindcss.com or unpkg.com), images from our image delivery network (bunny.net) or a video player from Vimeo or YouTube, the server that sends the files receives your IP address and browser information (Section 3). The video players are set not to track you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in delivering the Site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your cookie choice. Our cookie notice asks whether you accept Google's advertising cookies (Section 2). We store your choice in a cookie (ntc_consent) and keep a record of it (date and time, IP address and the choice made). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in respecting your choice and being able to prove it (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Advertising cookies (only with your consent). If you accept, Google's advertising tags are loaded on our pages. Google then receives your IP address, browser information, the page address and the identifiers in its cookies, and uses them to measure our advertising, to personalise advertising and for analytics. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time (Section 2).
Measurement on our list pages. Where a list page runs our own measurement script, it records which products are seen and clicked. It identifies your visit by the advertising click identifier in the page address or, if there is none, by a random session identifier (mslt_sid_v1) kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, and turns that identifier into a one-way code (a hash) in your browser before sending anything to us. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring our advertising and improving our list pages (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Product links. A link to buy a product takes you to the seller's website, for some products through a click-tracking service, and passes on the advertising click identifiers from the web address you arrived at, so that we can measure our advertising. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring our advertising (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
E-mails. If you write to us, we process your e-mail address, name, message and our replies in order to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); a contract with you, where your message concerns an order (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); or a legal obligation, where the law requires us to act on your message or to keep records (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Your choice in the cookie notice controls only Google's advertising tags and cookies. The technical logs, the click identifiers in product links and the other processing described in this section do not depend on it.
2. The cookie notice
Google's advertising tags are not loaded until you click "Accept" in the cookie notice. If you click "Decline" or make no choice (the notice disappears by itself after 30 seconds), they are not loaded. If you accept, Google sets cookies on our domain, for example _gcl_au, and on its own domains; Google describes its cookies at policies.google.com/technologies/cookies and its use of data from partner sites at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time with this link: Privacy choices. It shows the cookie notice again; click "Decline" to withdraw. Google's tags are then told that you declined, Google's advertising cookies on our domain are deleted, and the tags are not loaded again. If you close the notice without clicking either button, your earlier choice stays. Withdrawing does not make the processing before it unlawful.
3. Who receives data and where
- Amazon Web Services (Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, Luxembourg, and Amazon Web Services, Inc., USA): hosting, content delivery and logs, and the storage and servers for our measurement software. Processor.
- BunnyWay d.o.o. (bunny.net), Slovenia: delivery of our images (Section 1). Processor.

code.jquery.com(Section 1); it uses the data under its own privacy policy. - Cloudflare, Inc. (
cdnjs.cloudflare.com,unpkg.com) and Tailwind Labs Inc. (cdn.tailwindcss.com), USA: your IP address and browser information when a page loads a software library from their servers (Section 1); each uses the data under its own privacy policy. - Vimeo.com, Inc. and Google LLC (YouTube), USA: your IP address and browser information when a page shows one of their video players (Section 1), set not to track you; each uses the data under its own privacy policy.

For the advertising cookies, Google and we are jointly responsible for collecting the data on our pages and sending it to Google (Article 26 GDPR); you can exercise your rights with either of us, and what Google does with the data afterwards is its own responsibility.
- The seller whose website you go to through a product link, and the click-tracking service that forwards you there: the advertising click identifiers.
- Public authorities and courts, where the law requires us to disclose data.
Amazon Web Services, Inc., Google LLC and the providers of our customer-service systems are based in the USA, so personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Amazon Web Services, Inc. and Google LLC are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, which the European Commission and the United Kingdom recognise as providing adequate protection. For the providers of our customer-service systems we rely on the Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified and otherwise on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, with the UK Addendum for transfers from the United Kingdom; you can ask us for a copy of them. The jQuery library is loaded from a public server of the jQuery project in the USA (code.jquery.com), which processes your IP address and browser information under its own privacy policy.
4. How long we keep data
- Technical logs: the content delivery logs 45 days, our web server's logs up to 9 weeks.
- Measurement on our list pages: the session identifier until you close the tab; the records of each visit, for as long as we need them to analyse and compare how our list pages and advertisements perform.
- Records of your cookie choice: 13 months. The
ntc_consentcookie: 180 days. - Google's
_gcl_cookies: typically up to 90 days; its other cookies as described in Google's documentation (Section 2). - bunny.net delivery logs: 3 days, according to bunny.net.
- E-mails: as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and longer only where the law requires it.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR (and the UK GDPR if you are in the United Kingdom) you have the right to ask us for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing and to receive it in a portable form. You can withdraw your consent to cookies at any time (Section 2). To exercise your rights, e-mail support@techfibrr.com. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live: in Lithuania, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI); in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). You do not have to provide personal data, but your browser sends technical data such as your IP address automatically, and the Site cannot be shown without it.
You have the right to object at any time, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where we use your data for advertising purposes, you can object at any time without giving reasons. To object, e-mail support@techfibrr.com.
